Powder Soy Extract
Protein extracts obtained from the aqueous emulsion of soybean grain husked (not genetically modified), subjected to appropriate heat treatment to inactivate the anti-nutritional and microbiological factors. The soluble fraction is concentrated and then dried by the process of spray-drying, resulting in an ingredient of high nutritional value. Additional product free from any chemical additives and ingredients.
PSA: Naturally free of lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten Due to its characteristics can be used as a food supplement in diets as a substitute for animal milk in the physiological character restrictions (lactose) or religious (Kosher) and / or as natural option animal products. Recommended as ingredient in biscuits, breads, soups, tofu, creams, ice-creams, desserts and any others foods products free of lactose, case in and gluten. Available as Organic Extract as well.
SM-N: comes in the form of fine powder, light and water soluble yellow color. It is free of additional ingredients and any chemical additives. Also without lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten. Due to its characteristics, can be used in yogurts, tofu and desserts.
FB: a natural protein product or food supplement in diets as a substitute for animal milk in the physiological character restrictions (lactose) or religious ( Kosher). Because of its high solubility and neutral taste, is recommended as a raw material in the manufacture of liquid soy-based beverages. Due to the process control, the product becomes stable conditions for aseptic filling. It is free of additional ingredients and any chemical additives.
Defatted Powder Soy Extract
Powder soy product obtained from defatted soy flakes (non–GMO) by aqueous extraction process, thermal inactivation and spray–drying. This has a good solubility, is free of chemical additives, lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten.
PS60: used in meat product such as sausages, ham, Italian sausage, meatballs, emulsified products and also inject meat products.
ES60: use in products where you desire to replace animal milk for vegetable milk. Best application is in ice-cream because it has a very neutral taste and a very good stability.
EP60: use in products where you desire to replace animal milk for vegetable milk. Best application is in bread-making areas such pasta, cakes and cookies.
IF: obtained from soy white flakes soluble fraction, so it has a very good protein digestibility and it has a good Isoflavones content. It can be used in nutritious beverages, energy bars and in any other functional food.
Insoluble Soy Protein Extract (also in Organic):
Powder soy product, the insoluble part of defatted soy white flakes. It has an exclusive structure and texture, high in fiber and proteins, capable of promoting significant water and fat retention. It is free of chemical additives, lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten. Bead-making areas, such breads, pasta, cakes, cookies, sweets fillings, wafers, meat products, nutritional bars, low carbohydrates products, soups and cereal breakfast.
Textured Soy Protein
Also known as “textured vegetable protein”–TVP), manufactured from defatted white soy flakes (non–GMO), by mechanical process with high shearing forces and temperature in an extruder. Has a peculiar laminar structure and after hydrated it presents an elastic and chewy texture, resembling that of meat. Produced in variety of particle sizes, suitable to each application.
There is the possibility to reduce costs of production by using textured soy protein in formulations of meat products. The product has the ability to absorb up to 4 parts of water for each part of product.
